Terms of use

[Draft for Abode and counsel to approve before launch]

This website is run by Plainsight Property Management, a trade name of Abode at Julia LLC, a licensed North Carolina real estate firm. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

Samples on this site (statements, photo visits, repair approvals, rental analyses and cost examples) are illustrations, marked "Sample", and are not a quote or an offer. Your actual terms are the ones in the management agreement you sign. A rental analysis is an estimate, not an appraisal or a guarantee of rent.

Calculators

The rent or sell calculator uses the numbers you enter and simple assumptions shown on the page. It is not tax, legal or financial advice.
