This page explains what Plainsight Property Management, a trade name of Abode at Julia LLC ("we"), collects through www.plainsightpm.com and how we use it.

What you give us

When you ask for a rental analysis or contact us, we collect what you type: the property address and details, your name, email, phone number, how you'd like to be reached, any note, and whether you agreed to receive texts. We use it to prepare your analysis, contact you about it, and manage your property if you hire us.

What the site records

Like most websites, we record how the site is used: pages viewed, the website or ad that sent you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm tags and ad click IDs), your browser type and approximate location. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measurement tools for this, which use cookies or similar technology. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta pixel.

We also keep a small record in your browser of the page and ad that first brought you here, so we know which ads work. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

Texts and calls

We only send text messages if you tick the consent box on our form. Consent is never required to get a rental analysis. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example Google, where our form records are stored, and our email, analytics and property management software), and with Isoline Growth, our marketing agency, which helps us respond to requests, and when the law requires it. Your choices
