How we find a tenant

[Where homes are listed, how showings work, a link to the written screening criteria, and what happens if a home has not rented in N days]

How repairs work

Repairs under [$X] are handled and shown on your statement with the invoice. Anything over [$X] waits for your approval, with bids and photos attached. The exception is an emergency that puts people or the house at risk: [emergency rule, word for word from the agreement].

[Vendor referral fees: one plain sentence, per Abode's decision]

When you get paid

Rent is paid out on the [10th], with your monthly statement. [Reserve held, if any].
